"Felt a little uncomfortable with the sales staff"
I really wanted to have a good experience here, and the prices seemed reasonable, but the sales staff made me feel a bit unsure. They seemed rushed and kind of annoyed when I asked questions, which made me second-guess whether I was asking too much. I did get some help in the end, but it felt more like I was bothering them than being supported. I just would’ve appreciated a little more patience and reassurance while making a decision.

The staff helped me pick out a TV quickly and didn’t hover or push anything, which I appreciated. I was expecting the usual annoying sales routine, but it ended up being a fairly easy trip

I checked a few other places first, because apparently finding a TV that’s supposedly for sale can turn into a little scavenger hunt. Video Only actually had the exact model I wanted in stock, which was a nice plot twist. The site was simple enough to use, and I didn’t have to deal with the whole backorder waiting game. Funny how satisfying it is when a store just has what it says it has. I’d shop here again.

I had a hard time making sense of the info. It just wasn’t laid out very clearly, and I remember weirdly staring at the same sentence while my fridge made this loud humming noise, which somehow made it even more frustrating...

"Got sorted out eventually"
I had a little issue with my order and it took a while before I heard back from anyone. I’m not totally sure what caused the delay, but once they did get in touch, they fixed the problem and kept me updated along the way. Wasn’t a perfect experience, but in the end I’m happy with how it turned out.

I had a bit of trouble getting my new TV set up and was starting to get frustrated. It did take a little while to get through to support, but once I did, they walked me through everything quickly and made it easy to follow. By the end, the TV was working perfectly, i felt so relieved and grateful to finally be able to sit back and enjoy it.

The staff were friendly and definitely knew enough to help me out, which I appreciated, but there were a few little details they didn’t seem totally sure about and I had to ask around a bit more than I expected, so it was a good experience overall just not quite as smooth as it could’ve been

"Smooth install and they actually cleaned up"
I had Video Only come out to install my TV, it went better than I figured it would. Usually with stuff like this I assume there’s going to be some mess or at least a little hassle, but they showed up on time, got the TV mounted nice and straight, and hid the wires really well. They even cleaned everything up before they left. Super easy experience with no drama...

"Price match felt like more trouble than it was worth"
I bought a TV from videoonly.com because I thought the price match thing would have my back if I found it cheaper somewhere else. Of course, a few days later, I did find a lower price, so I figured it would be a simple fix.
Instead, I had to wait around for customer service, and then they told me it didn’t qualify because of some little details in the other store’s listing. Maybe it was technically in the policy somewhere, but it really felt like they were just looking for a reason not to honor it.
The TV itself is fine, so I can’t complain about that part, but the whole price match promise left a bad taste. I thought I was being smart by buying from them, but somehow I still ended up feeling like the one who got shorted.

"Good deals if you catch em"
I’ve checked out videoonly.com a few times now and they do have some good deals, mostly on TVs. Not every price is the best ever, but when they’ve got a sale going it can definitely be worth looking. Site’s easy to use too. I gave it 4 stars since some deals sell out quick or just aren’t available near me

The TV seemed okay when I first set it up, but after watching for a bit, the picture just feels off. The colors look kind of weird, and overall I expected better for the price. It’s not awful or anything, just not as good as I was hoping :/

"Easy financing, smooth overall..."
I bought a TV from Video Only and ended up using their financing option. it was easy and made it a lot nicer not having to pay the full amount all at once. The terms were explained well enough, though I did have to ask a couple questions just to make sure I understood everything... Overall, it was a good experience. I just wish the checkout process had moved a little faster, but still... not bad at all.

The delivery guys were polite, and I appreciate that. It just felt like they were in a big hurry to get in and out. I get that everyone’s got a schedule to keep, but a little extra care and patience goes a long way. Overall it was okay, just not as smooth as I’d hoped.

"Good help even after I bought"
I bought a TV from Video Only and ran into a small issue getting my soundbar set up after the delivery. Nothing major, but I couldn’t get the settings quite right and it was getting a little annoying.
I called the store, and the guy I talked to actually remembered my order, which I didn’t expect. He walked me through what to change and then called back later to check if it was working.
It wasn’t some huge problem or anything, but the help after I’d already paid stood out. That doesn’t happen much anymore. I’d probably buy from them again.
